Welcome to Crown Collection. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of nursery products. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

3. Products & Descriptions

We sell nursery and gardening products including but not limited to: vegetable seeds, flower seeds, fruit saplings, indoor plants, outdoor plants, soil/manure, planters, and garden accessories.

Product images are representative. Live plants may vary in size, shape, leaf count, and colour due to their natural living nature.
Seeds and plants are perishable agricultural products.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable GST.
Availability is seasonal and subject to stock.

        Nature of Products: Live plants and seeds are natural products. Growth, germination, and plant health depend on factors beyond our control including climate, soil, water, sunlight, and care practices. We provide healthy plants at dispatch but cannot guarantee growth outcomes.
      

4. Account & Eligibility

Account creation requires a valid email address with verification. You must be 18+ or have parental consent. You are responsible for your account credentials.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed after successful payment or COD acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud.
Payment methods: UPI, cards, net banking, and COD (where serviceable).
COD includes a ₹50 handling charge.

6. Seasonal & Weather Considerations

Live plant orders may be delayed or rescheduled during extreme weather (heatwaves, heavy rain, frost). This is to protect plant health during transit. We will notify you of any weather-related delays.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, and branding are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crown Collection is not liable for plant death, poor germination, or crop failure after delivery. Our liability is limited to the product purchase price. We do not guarantee growth outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

10. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
