1. Shipping Coverage

We ship nursery products across India to all serviceable pin codes. Some live plant orders may have regional restrictions during extreme weather.

• Seed orders: 1–2 business days
• Live plant orders: 2–3 business days (extra care in packing)
• Orders after 5 PM or on holidays: next business day
• Tracking details emailed upon dispatch

4. Delivery Timelines

• Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Live plant deliveries are prioritised for faster transit to maintain plant health.

5. Packaging for Live Plants

• Plants are packed in ventilated boxes with soil-retention wrapping
• Pots are secured to prevent movement and breakage
• Moisture packs are included for longer transit routes
• Seeds are packed in moisture-resistant pouches

6. Weather Delays

During extreme heat (>42°C), heavy rain, or frost, live plant shipments may be delayed to protect plant health. We'll notify you of any such delays via email.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If returned to us, we'll arrange re-shipment or refund. For live plants, we'll assess viability before re-shipping.
