Cancellation Policy

1. Before Dispatch

Cancel via Track & Support before dispatch. Prepaid refunds processed within 5–7 business days.

2. After Dispatch

Cancellation is not possible once dispatched. Refuse delivery to trigger a return under our Refund Policy. Note: for live plants returned in transit, refund eligibility depends on plant condition upon return.

3. Cancellation by Us

Crown Collection may cancel if:

  • Plant/seed stock is unavailable (seasonal)
  • Extreme weather makes safe shipping impossible
  • Pricing error or suspected fraud
  • Unserviceable pin code

Full refund is issued promptly in all such cases.
